In 2023, KaMajola, who has won awards more than 10 times, returned to enter in the Best Classic of All Time, Best Gospel Artist, and Best Song Writer categories but won nothing.

He told Daily Sun he was not entering this year, but because the awards are celebrating the founder, the late Zanele he’s changed his mind.
