Thembinkosi Lorch has broken his silence about leaving Orlando Pirates for Mamelodi Sundowns on the final day of the transfer window.

The 2019 PSL Footballer of the Year completed his move to the DStv Premiership leaders and was unveiled by the club on Saturday morning.

Lorch took to social media to pen his goodbye to the Soweto giants, where he has spent the last nine years of his career.

ā€œIt is with a mix of emotions that I announce my departure from Orlando Pirates FC. My time has been filled with unforgettable memories, personal growth, and the chance to play alongside very talented football players,ā€ Lorch posted on Instagram.
