Snl24 | Manqoba: Does Mbule Have A Downs Future?
Sipho Mbule has signed for Sekhukhune United on loan.
Mamelodi Sundowns coach Manqoba Mngqithi has given hope for the future to midfielder Sipho Mbule, who left before the close of the transfer window last week.Â
Mbule signed a season-long loan deal with Sekhukhune United and has the big task of convincing the Sundowns technical team that he deserves to return at the end of the campaign.

Mbule struggled with injury during pre-season and did not go to the club’s tour of Austria before the start of the new campaign. Mngqithi explained that the player was struggling with his physical condition because of a lack of game time, but feels it will be good for the player to be in a new environment.Â
“I think it’s good for the boy because I like him a lot and I believe he’s got so much that he can give us. I think it will be good for him to taste another environment,” Mngqithi said after Sundowns’ 4-1 victory over Marumo Gallants on Tuesday evening.
“He still has a chance to come back to the club and help us because we were struggling with a lot of things in terms of his physical condition because when you are not playing regularly, you are bound to gain weight and have this issue and that issue because you are not getting as many games as you would have loved. But I still see him coming back to Sundowns and claiming a place in this team. If he can manage to play regularly for Sekhukhune, I think we will benefit as a club and he will also benefit. He is a very good football player.”
