Snl24 | Mystery surrounds burnt teen girl’s body!

MPUMALANGA police are investigating a murder case following the discovery the charred remains of a female, believed to be a teenager, on Wednesday night, 10 July, in Pienaar.
This grim find follows the recent exhumation of a woman and two children’s bodies in the same area.
Major-General Zeph Mkhwanazi reported that the police were alerted to a burnt body found in the mountains. Efforts to locate the victim’s family are ongoing.

“Investigation officers are busy with that. The body is identifiable, we can see who the person is and hope that people would come forward and help us identify the child,” Mkhwanazi saidÂ

He noted that it appears the victim suffered a severe head injury, likely caused by a rock, before being set alight. Police are investigating.
