Rayners, who is yet to make his debut for Sundowns, has revealed that he will be heading to court next week and expects the matter to be resolved through mediation.
Speaking to the Pitchside Podcast at Chloorkop this week, Rayners opened up on the matter with Sundowns legend Hlompho Kekana from his perspective, revealing that he was disappointed in how the incident was blown up on social media platforms.
“I was disappointed also because what the did, going to social media that… it was wrong because my name (and) people are thinking this and that. It’s all in the court’s hands. Next week we will have mediation. We will sit around the table with my lawyer, the people from court and the guy. Next we will probably solve the problem. Everything will be good after that,” the Bafana Bafana striker said.
