This is a blessing for Amakhosi, who have brought the player back on a loan deal until the end of the season, to boost coach Nasreddine Nabi’s midfield. According to St Louis City, Amakhosi have an option to purchase Blom when the loan deal expires.
“I am delighted to be back at Kaizer Chiefs, a Club that holds a special place in my heart,ā he said, āand I look forward to working with the team and contributing to our success under Coach Nasreddine Nabi. The support from the fans has always motivated me, and I canāt wait to play in front of the Khosi nation again,” Blom told the Amakhosi website.
Blom was one of the popular players at Chiefs before making a move abroad, establishing himself a key figure in the middle of the park. He gave coaches the option of playing him at right back as well, so the new Amakhosi technical will be able to use him in different parts of the pitch when required.
