A MFUNDISI from Khayelitsha, Western Cape, is in hot water after he was arrested for raping his stepdaughter.

The 18-year-old victim, who is in grade 11, told Daily Sun her mum married the 49-year-old mfundisi two years ago, but last year in March, he started making advances at her. She said he started by inappropriately touching her until he forced himself on her.

“He has his children with whom we live. He has a daughter who is my age, so on the day, he sent her and other kids away, and started touching me. He dragged me to his bedroom and raped me once. Since that day, he has raped me several times,” she said.
