Hereâs What Amber Rose Said About Donald Trumpâs Pet-Eating Claim
On Thursday, September 18, TMZ published a video interview with Rose, shot outside the Los Angeles International Airport. In the clip, a reporter explained to Rose â who is an avid Trump supporter â that he and Vance have recently been accused of âbeing really racistâ toward the Haitian community in Springfield, Ohio.
The reporter briefly referenced claims the pair made about Haitians âeating the dogs.â In turn, Rose cut the reporter off with a question, âWhy is that racist if itâs true?â
At that point, the reporter noted the claimâs falsity, but Rose continued to disagree.
âNo, no, letâs not do that because people have come out and said that their cats and dogs were hung up in front of peopleâs homes. And they saw it with their own two eyes,â Rose said.
As the conversation continued, Rose explained that sheâs âso tiredâ of Trump being accused of being racist.
âI feel like the democrats are obsessed with race â just leave it alone!â she said.
In turn, the reporter explained that Trump and Vanceâs comments seemingly âattackâ the Black community.
âNo itâs not,â Rose replied, adding. âIt is a known fact that within the Haitian culture⊠that some Haitian people eat cats and [dogs.]â
Ultimately, Rose explained that Trump and Vanceâs claims are ânot racistâ because evidence is allegedly being posted online.
â[The people accused] just so happen to be Haitian,â Rose said.
