Social media reactions to the Saints loss to Falcons

Losing is bad enough as it is, but when it comes against a divisional opponent it tends to cut a little deeper. The New Orleans Saints went into this game hoping to bounce back from their loss against the Philadelphia Eagles, unfortunately, the Atlanta Falcons had other plans. Let’s check in and see what social media had to say about the game.

No idea how the season plays out but the @Saints have to be sick with the way they have blown games 2 weeks in a row… both have happening due to playing man to man late with the lead & giving up huge plays!!! They should be sitting at 4-0 right now!

Could be 4-0 right now instead… 2 weeks in a row, 2 crushing losses.

Can’t keep this cycle going. Just unbelievable

Literally didn’t give up an offensive touchdown and you lose.

Yeah this loss is going to sting for days. Just so frustrating. This team shows signs of being good and then always erases that progresses.

Back to back weeks Derek Carr had potential game winning drives taken away from him due to our defense I asked the football gods to make him more like Drew Brees but not like this!

Gave up zero touchdowns on defense and lose. Brutal, brutal outcome.

Before the season started, most #Saints fans would have been perfectly fine with a 2-2 record after four games.

The first two games, however, raised the expectations exponentially and made these last two games seem worse.
