Sunday Night Football: Jets vs. Steelers
The NFL Week 7 slate of Sunday games will cap off with a Sunday Night Football matchup between the New York Jets (2-4) on the road against the Pittsburgh Steelers (4-2).
The Steelers lead the all-time series between these teams, 18-7, but the Jets have won three of the four most-recent meetings. They last faced off back in 2022 when the Jets won in Pittsburgh, 24-20.
Mike Tomlin made an interesting decision heading into this SNF game, opting to name Russell Wilson the starting QB after being sidelined with an injury through nearly half of the season. Justin Fields had done a super solid job leading the team with a winning record, but Tomlin is handing the offense over to Wilson — although, the expectation is that both quarterbacks see the field Sunday night.
