Taylor Swift Embraces the No-Pants Look in a Massive Kansas City T-Shirt and Thigh-High Boots

I know what you’re wondering: Who did Taylor Swift sit with at the latest Kansas City Chiefs game? And more importantly, what did she wear?

A week after she caused a stir for attending the US Open with Patrick and Brittany Mahomes and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, Swift arrived at the Kansas City Chiefs game on Sunday, September 15 with a new crew in tow.

Swift rolled up to Arrowhead Stadium for the Chiefs game against the Cincinnati Bengals with her mom, Andrea Swift, her brother, Austin Swift, and two-thirds of the sisters Haim, Danielle and Este Haim. Fans were thrilled to see Andrea repping an “87” jacket, which was, essentially, an official endorsement of her daughter and Travis Kelce’s relationship. Not that we didn’t know the Swift family was already on board with the whole Trayvis thing. Taylor’s dad, Scott Swift, has attended several of Travis’s games with his daughter; he’s also hung out with Travis at a few of Taylor’s Eras Tour shows.

On Sunday, Swift wore yet another pair of thigh-high leather boots with what looks to be a vintage Kansas City T-shirt, basically worn as a dress. This is the third time in a row that Tay has stepped out wearing boots so tall they’re practically pants. At the last Chiefs home game, she paired a denim corset and hot pants with red boots; at the VMAs on Wednesday evening, Swift wore another corseted silhouette—this one by Dior—with over-the-knee black boots.

The pop star accessorized with her signature red lip stick, a pair of layered gold chains, and chunky gold hoops.

Swift has been in the news nearly every day in the last week: First, she attended the US Open with Brittany Mahomes, who had appeared to endorse former President Donald Trump on social media. Some Swifties felt “betrayed” by the singer’s continued friendship. However, a couple days later, Swift officially endorsed Kamala Harris for president. On Wednesday, she took home two VMAs, breaking records in the process. And that brings us to today, when Donald Trump tweeted “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT” in all caps, which feels like the digital equivalent of a tantrum.

Brittany Mahomes also attended the Chiefs game today, however she was not photographed with Taylor. Of course, she could’ve rubbed shoulders with Swift off-camera. We’ll probably never know.

Who will Taylor Swift sit with at the next Chiefs game? Selena Gomez? Gigi Hadid? Kamala Harris herself? Stay tuned.
