Taylor Swift’s Workout Routine Revealed by Trainer: ‘Mindset Like a Pro Athlete’

Taylor Swift is dating an athlete. Apparently she’s training like one, too.

“It’s tailored. We approached her training for the Eras Tour with the mindset like a professional athlete,” her trainer, Kirk Myers—founder of the Dogpound Gym in New York and Los Angeles—told Margaux Anbouba of Vogue regarding Swift’s workout routine. “There was an ‘offseason’ when she wasn’t touring and ‘in-season’ when she was.”

Myers said that the work Swift does to be in top physical shape is no joke.

“It’s really hard, some people would probably throw up or have to lay down on the floor if they trained like her,” he said, laughing.

Dancing and singing for several hours a night while prowling a stage is no small feat, so it shouldn’t come as a huge surprise that Swift trains vigorously in preparation. Perhaps she and Travis Kelce can compare fitness notes as he gears up for another potential Super Bowl run with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2024.
