This summer, the hotel is unveiling their new restaurant ‘More’ by Cas Gasi, which will be open year-round. By day, the restaurant will remain a casual garden cafĂ©, offering a more relaxed atmosphere, whereas by evening, it’ll transform into a fine dining destination showcasing organic meats, wild fish and high quality produce sourced from local suppliers, combining them with ingredients plucked straight from the property’s own garden that morning.
