Then check out the upcoming Doctor Who: 60th Anniversary Specials Blu-ray, which is currently discounted at Amazon ahead of its December 10 release. The three-disc bundle pulls together the trio of hour-long specials released in 2023 to celebrate the sci-fi series’ 60th anniversary, making it a great addition to any fan’s collection.

This Blu-ray set features three 60-minutes movies–The Star Beast, Wild Blue Yonder, and The Giggle. David Tennant stars as the Doctor in all three, with Catherine Tate by his side as Donna Noble. All three films were met with positive reviews, and The Giggle is especially notable due to Neil Patrick Harris’s performance as the Toymaker, which coincided with colorized flashbacks of William Hartnell and Michael Gough as the first Doctor and Toymaker, offering up a bit of nostalgia for longtime fans.

Note that the collection does include bonus features, though a list is not yet available online. Expect to find various featurettes and behind-the-scenes content. Preordering through Amazon makes you eligible for any price drops between now and release. You also won’t pay a dime until the Blu-ray ships.
