And ahead of the Genesis Invitational getting underway, the PGA revealed a special tribute to Kultida.
In her honour, the flag at hole seven has been replaced with a plain white one.
There is no logo or number on it.

The Genesis Invitational got underway on Thursday, but unfortunately, Tiger isn’t involved.
The American was expected to make his long-awaited return to the PGA Tour having not played since The Open last July.
However, despite initially signing up to take part, he decided to withdraw to mourn the loss of his mother.

“I did my best to prepare, knowing it’s what my mom would have wanted, but I’m still processing her loss.
“Thanks to everyone who has reached out. I hope to be at Torrey later in the week and appreciate the continued kindness since my mom’s passing.”
But despite Woods deciding he isn’t ready to compete that hasn’t stopped the Torrey Pines Golf Course from making special arrangements for Kultida.
It is a shame that Woods isn’t there to see it, but he will surely be touched by the gesture.
On Tuesday, February 4, the 15-time major champion confirmed that he’d lost his mother, though he is yet to reveal the cause of death.

In an emotional statement on Instagram, he said: “It is with heartfelt sadness that I want to share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, passed away early this morning.
“My mom was a force of nature all her own, her spirit was simply undeniable. She was quick with the needle and a laugh. She was my biggest fan, greatest supporter, without her none of my personal achievements would have been possible. She was loved by so many, but especially by her two grandchildren, Sam and Charlie.
“Thank you all for your support, prayers and privacy at this difficult time for me and my family. Love you mom.”
Kultida met Woods’ father Earl when he was serving in the US military in Bangkok in the 1960s, and they moved to California.
