Wasn’t for nothing

Regardless of your feelings on The Last of Us season 2, it seems Sony’s cross-media approach is working nicely, as it’s brought the game back to prominence.
The Last of Us Part II Remastered makes a return to the UK’s physical top 10, coming in at number six — the highest it’s been in a long time. Discounts in the Days of Play promotion certainly won’t have hurt, either.
Elsewhere, a couple of new releases make a dent in the chart, with Elden Ring Nightreign debuting at number three and EA Sports F1 25 crossing the line in fifth.
Topping the chart is Hogwarts Legacy, swapping places with EA Sports FC 25. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 clings onto the top 10 in 10th place, and yes, GTA 5 is still charting, moving down to ninth.
Here’s the latest top 10 in full (physical sales only).
