Team Ice cruised to a 39-9 victory over Team Fire Wednesday at the 2024 Under Armour All-America game, but the biggest story was a pair of recruits pledging their commitments.

Running back Harlem Berry announced during the game that he’s headed to LSU, landing the Tigers a 5-star recruit and the top running back in the Class of 2025, per 247Sports’ Composite Rankings. Meanwhile, athlete Braylon Burnsideā€”a 4-star recruit in the class of 2024ā€”is off to Mississippi State.

Julie Boudwin @Julie_BoudwinHarlem Berry, Louisiana’s No. 1 2025 recruit and one of the most talented RBs I’ve ever seen, announced his commitment to the Tigers on ESPN.

Koki Riley @KokiRileyHarlem Berry has committed to #LSU.

It’s the second 5-star recruit to commit to the Tigers’ 2025 class along with 5-star wide receiver Dakorien Moore.

As for the game itself, it didn’t take long for Team Ice to assert its dominance.

Michael Van Buren (4-star, Mississippi State) opened the scoring with a dart to Ryan Williams (5-star, Alabama).

Cedrick Bailey (4-star, NC State) continued the scoring for Team Ice, connecting with Mario Craver (4-star, Mississippi State) to extend the lead.

That was part of a 24-point onslaught in the first quarter from Team Ice.

The defense took over from there, as Cayden Jones (4-star, Alabama) and Ify Obidegwu (4-star, Oregon) each registered pick sixes, all before halftime.

There weren’t many bright spots for Team Fire, but 5-star edge-rusher and South Carolina commit Dylan Stewart was excellent in the game, wreaking havoc in the Team Ice backfield with regularity.

Brad Crawford @BCrawford247Dylan Stewart’s so active, man. Hard to imagine him not seeing a ton of snaps as a true freshman and, at minimum, being impactful early.

Gamecock.country @SpursUpNationDylan Stewart is in the backfield every single play! This man is going to be a problem in the SEC!

Stewart may end up being the most impactful recruitment for the Gamecocks, at least on the defensive side of the ball, since Jadeveon Clowney. He looked like a special talent on Wednesday, and South Carolina fans had to be excited by the performance.

DJ Lagway, a 5-star quarterback headed to Florida, made a few nice plays in an overall uneven performance before a right foot sprain ended his afternoon:

Edgar Thompson @osgators#Gators 5-star QB signee DJ Lagway with shoulder pads off, was sitting on the bench icing his right foot. Put back on shoe, walked over to the stands to chat with someone, now sitting on bench again. Was 5 of 10 for 40 yards, had a 15-yard run, before leaving UA game.

Edgar Thompson @osgators#Gators QB recruit DJ Lagway said he was told he has a right foot sprain and will have X-rays Thursday. He rolled foot on a run, and then a defender stepped on it in a pass play. DJ and family will be in Gainesville Thursday as he begins his college journey at UF.

Other standouts on the day not previously mentioned included 4-star Oregon commit and wide receiver Jeremiah McClellan and 3-star safety Ryan Mack, who is off to Miami.
