Usher Unveils New SKIMS Campaign, Announces Bonus Track “Naked” Will Be Available For One Week

Usher is back in this heartthrob/sex symbol era as he unveils his new campaign for Kim Kardashian‘s SKIMS.

“When I was asked to partner with SKIMS Mens, I was so humbled,” said the crooner in a statement. “Kim’s been a longtime friend of mine who’s always been so supportive of my work, so the opportunity to collaborate together on a campaign that supports both of our highly anticipated launches made total sense. Launching this campaign ahead of multiple career milestones feels like a full circle moment, with SKIMS supporting the release of my new album, Coming Home.”

The partnership isn’t just about the clothes, though. Usher and SKIMS have partnered to release an alternative album cover and a bonus track titled “Naked” from the new LP, but the digital download will only be available for one week on SKIMS’ official website.

In the video portion of the campaign, Ursher declared that what he does is entertain before sharing what he loves most about performing—which is the intimacy he shares with the audience. He also noted that his new LP is “all about romance.”

He added, “It deals with love, happiness; it deals with joy. It’s a love story, but it’s romantic.”

Regarding the actual clothes, SKIMS Mens’ last drop was the brand’s biggest restock yet. In the campaign, Usher is wearing items from the Stretch and Cotton collection.

“With the way that I move, being this comfortable in what you wear is essential,” said the 45-year-old. “SKIMS is about embracing who you are, inside and out, and feeling empowered to express yourself authentically.”

The newest menswear drop, which will be available on Feb. 12 at 9 a.m. PT, will also include four new colorways: Stone, Midnight Blue, Military, and Oxblood. Check out photos below.
