Bawumia rejects LGBTQ in emphatic Eid Message: Says “no ifs or buts. No shades of grey.

During his address at the observation of Eid prayers in Kumasi, Vice President and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, strongly denounced the LGBTQ practice in Ghana. He made it clear that both his personal beliefs and his faith as a Muslim align against homosexuality, echoing the sentiments of Ghanaian cultural norms and other religions. Dr. Bawumia emphasized his unwavering stance against LGBTQ, stating that it goes against the teachings of Islam and other major religions in Ghana, and he will continue to oppose it fervently.
