The miracle run is continuing for the Minnesota Vikings.

Despite easily their ugliest performance of the season on offense, Minnesota managed to pick up their fifth consecutive win to start the season against the New York Jets. Now, the Vikings are riding into the bye at 5-0 and atop the NFC.

As the Vikings prepare to take a week off, here is a look at the team’s snap counts from this past weekend.

Offense

LT Christian Darrisaw (73)

LG Blake Brandel (73)

C Garrett Bradbury (73)

RG Ed Ingram (73)

RT Brian O’Neill (73)

QB Sam Darnold (72)

WR Justin Jefferson (69)

WR Jordan Addison (65)

RB Ty Chandler (46)

TE Josh Oliver (45)

WR Jalen Nailor (41)

TE Johnny Mundt (39)

FB C.J. Ham (23)

RB Aaron Jones (16)

WR Trent Sherfield (9)

WR Brandon Powell (6)

RB Myles Gaskin (5)

QB Nick Mullens (1)

TE Robert Tonyan (1)

The Vikings again had an injury scare with Sam Darnold on Sunday, which forced him to the sideline for a singular play, during which Nick Mullens completed a 24-yard pass to Aaron Jones.

Unfortunately, Jones himself would also suffer a hip injury later on in the game which forced him to the sideline. In his stead, Ty Chandler took on the majority of the RB snaps and recorded 14 carries for 30 yards against a very tough Jets defense.

CB Stephon Gilmore (69)

CB Byron Murphy (68)

LB Ivan Pace (26)

OLB Dallas Turner (13)

LB Kamu Grugier-Hill (13)

DT Taki Taimani (7)

A notable development through five weeks for the Minnesota Vikings has been a lack of playing time for Dallas Turner on the defensive side of the ball. Of course, it comes due to very understandable circumstances seeing as the rookie has been a bit banged up, and both Jonathan Greenard and Andrew Van Ginkel are playing some fantastic football.

Greenard recorded three more QB hits against the Jets on Sunday, and Van Ginkel snatched his second pick-six of the young season. Patrick Jones was quiet this weekend, but he has also been off to a ferocious start this season.

TE Johnny Mundt (5)

TE Robert Tonyan (5)

IOL Dan Feeney (5)

OT David Quessenberry (5)

RB Ty Chandler (4)

TE Josh Oliver (4)

Camryn Bynum (3)

The usual suspects remain at the top of the list for the Vikings in terms of special teams snaps. After missing two weeks due to an ankle injury, Ivan Pace was still limited in some of his defensive responsibilities, but it is promising to see him taking on a large chunk of special teams snaps. Perhaps this can be used as an indication that he should be back to full strength after the bye.
