When is the next Fortnite update? Find out when the next update will likely be released and all the things that may come with it.

Thanks to Epic Games’ dedication in adding new game modes, gameplay updates, hotfixes, new collab skins, and more, Fortnite has become the popular live service game it is today. In fact, Chapter 5 Season 1 has been a great experience to the point that we could see a spike in the player count in the past few weeks.

It’s hard to imagine Fortnite as a dead game since we’re constantly flooded with new challenges and events that keep the game exciting. The Next Fortnite Update in Chapter 5 Season 1

It seems that the next Fortnite update in the current chapter will arrive on January 23, 2024, based on leaks surfacing the social media. Fortnite is known to schedule updates every Tuesday, and it seems reasonable that the 23rd may be the most possible date, especially considering that the Epic Games’ employee holiday break would be over by this time.

Other than that, leaks also reveal three more significant dates regarding when future updates will drop, and they are as follows:

Fewer Ads|Dark Mode|Deals in Gaming, TV and Movies, and Tech

v28.10 – January 23rd

v28.20 – February 6th

v28.30 – February 20th

v29.00 – March 8th

ShiinaBR, one of the well-known Fortnite leakers, mentioned that the next update will include Battle Pass Super Styles, the Solid Snake bonus skin variants, a new February Crew pack, as well as new weekly challenges.

Battle Royale aside, other game modes such as LEGO Fortnite and Fortnite Festival are rumored to receive some significant updates as well.
