Former Disney star Demi Lovato makes her directorial debut while pulling back the curtain on life in Hollywood for child actors.

Lovato’s new documentary, Child Star, is now streaming exclusively on Hulu and “explores the highs and lows of growing up in the spotlight through the lens of some of the world’s most well-known former child stars,” per the logline. Co-directed by Nicola Marsh, the film features interviews with Drew Barrymore, JoJo Siwa, Christina Ricci, Kenan Thompson, Raven-Symoné, Alyson Stoner and more, alongside archival and behind-the-scenes footage.
