Xbox Accidentally Hints At Shadow Drop For Supermarket Simulator On Game Pass

“Supermarket Simulator now on Game Pass”

We’ve already got a pretty decent stack of Xbox Game Pass titles for September 2025, but plenty more will be revealed in the coming weeks – and it sounds like Supermarket Simulator will be one of them in the near future.

This game has been a mega-hit on PC — it has almost 30,000 user reviews with a “Very Positive” rating on Steam — and it was officially announced for Xbox back in February.

Here’s a look at that original announcement:

There’s a chance this could just be a mistake, but it seems strange that an advertisement had been prepared for the title that specifically mentions Game Pass – so we’re assuming it’s being lined up for the service in the near future.

Stay tuned, and we’ll let you know if Supermarket Simulator joins XGP. For now, here’s more about it:

Run your own supermarket! Stock shelves, set your prices, take payments, hire staff, expand your store, handle shoplifters, and design your layout. Purchase goods from online or local markets around town, and personally deliver online orders to your customers.
