Xbox Store Accidentally Leaks November Release Date For Silent Hill 2

It should be with us in two weeks’ time!

Last week, we mentioned how Silent Hill 2 had been rated for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S in the US, indicating that it’d finally be coming to Xbox just over a year since it hit PS5 and PC, and now a release date has leaked as well.

The folks at True Achievements have spotted a hidden Xbox Store page for Silent Hill 2 that mentions a release date of November 21st, 2025 on the backend. It’ll be available in Standard and Deluxe editions, plus a Silent Hill F bundle.

Here’s a look at the store page that isn’t publicly visible at the moment:

As mentioned, Silent Hill 2 first released for PS5 and PC back in October of 2024, serving as a remake of the 2001 version. It received excellent reviews across the board, including at our sister site Push Square (they gave it a 9/10).

There have been rumours that we’ll be getting an Xbox Partner Preview event at some point this month, so perhaps this is where Silent Hill 2 will get its official announcement for Xbox. In any case, we shouldn’t be waiting too long now.

Happy to see Silent Hill 2 coming to Xbox soon? Let us know down in the comments below.
