Yankees radio station 2024: Channels, live streams, schedule to listen to New York MLB playoff game broadcasts

Aaron Judge and Juan Soto have the star-studded Yankees roaring into October.

After a one-year postseason absence, New York enters the postseason touting the top seed in the American League, thereby owning homefield advantage through the ALCS.

Titanic seasons from Judge and Soto have spurred the Yankees success. Judge, the front-runner to win his second MVP award in the last three seasons, finished with a whopping 58 home runs and 144 RBI. Paired with Soto — 41 HR and 109 RBI — and New York boasts one of the best one-two punches of all-time.

But the Yankees will need more than Judge and Soto to advance through the playoffs.

The Sporting News has you covered with everything that you need to know in order to listen to Yankees games in the postseason.

Yankees radio announcers John Sterling, the storied voice of the Bronx Bombers, announced his immediate retirement in April. But Sterling, 86, is the returning to booth to call all of the Yankees playoff games alongside his longtime partner, Suzyn Waldman.

The Yankees playoff games will be Sterling’s last hurrah, as he will not return for the 2025 season.

Sterling began calling Yankees games in 1989, and at one point called 5,060 consecutive regular-season games. Waldman, a trailblazer in a male-prevalent industry, has called Yankees baseball since 2005.
