As we always do around this time of the month, we’re taking an early look today at what’s ahead for December 2025’s Xbox Game Pass selection, with two titles having been confirmed for the service next month already.
The headline game so far is definitely Routine; this long-in-development sci-fi adventure looks well worth a try on Xbox Game Pass next month. As the above heading suggests, we have one other title also confirmed ahead of Microsoft revealing more Game Pass additions in the coming weeks.
Before we further detail these two games down below, we want to remind folks that there’s still a few games to come from November’s lineup as well – and as we just mentioned, more games will be added for next month shortly.
Without further ado:
Routine (December 4)
“ROUTINE is a First Person Sci-Fi Horror title set on an abandoned lunar base designed around an 80s vision of the future. Curious exploration turns into a need for survival when a lunar base goes completely quiet. Searching for answers puts you face to face with an enemy who is certain the main threat is you. Discoveries lead to deeper unknowns and the only way to go is forward.”
Dome Keeper (December 9)
“Defend against waves of alien monsters in this unique roguelike action mining game. Use the time between attacks to dig beneath the surface in search of valuable resources and relics – deliver them back to your dome to unlock powerful upgrades and useful new gadgets.”
